OLYMPOS Smoked cheese is produced from pasteurized cow milk. It has a distinctive spicy and full taste that will satisfy even the most demanding consumers. Rich in proteins and calcium, smoked naturally by beech leaves and maturing for 4 months. An excellent product for sandwiches, snacks, appetizers and recipes with tasty, melted cheese.

Pasteurized cow milk, salt, culture, rennet. Maximum moisture: 45%. Minimum fat in dry matter: 40%.
