3-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse (NO SUGAR AND NO MIXER)

300 gr. chocolate couverture 52%, sugar free
150 gr.
Zois milk full fat
400 gr.
Strained yogurt 2% fat

METHOD
Chop the chocolate couverture finely and place it in a bowl.
Heat the
Zois milk full fat
in a small pan.
Once the milk has come to a boil, pour it into the bowl with the chocolate couverture, leave it for 1 minute, and then mix.
Allow the mixture to cool for 4 minutes.
Add the
Strained yogurt 2% fat
and stir.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Use the piping bag to fill individual bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings.
