3-Ingredient Cookies

INGREDIENTS
  • 300 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 220 g Butter by OLYMPOS
  • 130 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 200 g Couverture Chocolate 52%, optional

METHOD
  1. Place the flour, butter by OLYMPOS, and sweetened condensed milk in the bowl of a mixer.
  2. Mix on medium speed with the paddle attachment until the dough gathers around the paddle.
  3. Flour the countertop, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 to 1 cm, and cut out cookies using a cookie cutter or a coffee cup.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated convection oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 20 minutes.
  5. Allow the cookies to cool and dip half of each cookie into melted Couverture Chocolate.
