Peal the apples and cut them into round, not too thin, slices. Then put them in the pan and pour the raisins.
FOR THE SYRUP
In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the sugar. After making a homogenized mixture, add the cinnamon. Once the cinnamon is joined with the rest of the mixture, giving a dark color, remove it from heat and pour it over apples and raisins.
FOR THE CAKE
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with sugar, baking powder, vanilla, cognac, milk and flour.
Then, add the mixture in the bowl into the baking pan and bake for 45 ‘at 180° C.
FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM
Whip the cream with the mixer until it becomes fluffy whipped cream.
Remove the baking pan from the oven and serve the apple pie with whipped cream!
