INGREDIENTS
250 gr. OLYMPOS
butter
1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley leaves
1 tbsp. chopped rosemary
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper

METHOD
Leave the
butter
outside of the refrigerator to soften.
Press it with a fork in a bowl to make it creamy and add the rest ingredients.
Continue mixing until there is a uniform mixture.
Put the flavored butter in a plastic wrap and roll it until it becomes a roller.
Twist and tie the two edges of each wrap.
Put it in the refrigerator in order to become concrete.
When you use it, cut it into slices.
Serve the butter on some roasted meat or grilled corn or on toasted bread.
