Bread with butter OLYMPOS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • Prepared sourdough
  • Water as much as it is needed

METHOD
  1. First sift the flour into a metal basin.
  2. Then add the sourdough, the salt and some water.
  3. Start kneading and add as much extra water as possible until you make an elastic soft dough that will not stick to your hands.
  4. Place the loaf in a pan and cover it with a towel.
  5. Leave the dough to rise for about two and a half hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200° C. Bake for 1 hour at 180° C or if you want it crispier, leave it for 10-15 minutes.

SERVING SUGGESTION

  1. Cut bread into slices and spread fresh cow butter OLYMPOS and aronia jam.
