Start kneading and add as much extra water as possible until you make an elastic soft dough that will not stick to your hands.
Place the loaf in a pan and cover it with a towel.
Leave the dough to rise for about two and a half hours.
Preheat the oven to 200° C. Bake for 1 hour at 180° C or if you want it crispier, leave it for 10-15 minutes.
