Buffalo with chylopites (Greek noodles)

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 kg. buffalo
  • 1 kg. of chylopites (Greek noodles)
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 Florina peppers
  • 2 onions
  • ½ grated tomato
  • 250 ml. semisweet wine
  • 100 gr. OLYMPOS cow butter
  • OLYMPOS grated kefalotyri cheese
  • 1 L water
  • 100 gr. olive oil
  • Salt-Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Spice grains

METHOD

FOR THE MEAT

  1. Cut the onion, the carrots and the peppers and add it to the casserole with the meat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, the other spice and 250 ml of semisweet wine.
  3. In the end, add the oil, the grated tomato and the paprika.
  4. Mix them, add water and cover the food with baking paper.
  5. Roast it for about 3 hours

FOR THE CHYLOPITES

  1. Boil a pack of chylopites. Frie the OLYMPOS cow butter in a pan and pour it over the noodles.
  2. It will give them a unique taste. Add the grated OLYMPOS kefalotyri cheese and the meat.
  3. The food is ready to be served.
