Cake with liquid chocolate

INGREDIENTS
  • 100 gr. crumbled 55% coca chocolate
  • 100 gr. OLYMPUS butter in cubes
  • 100 gr. sifted all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 1 tsp. melted OLYMPUS butter

METHOD
  1. Melt the butter and the chocolate in a bain marie and stir until they become homogeneous.
  2. Mix the eggs, the vanilla extract and the sugar in a separate bowl with a mixer, until the eggs get white.
  3. Add the chocolate-butter mixture and mix it all together.
  4. Then, add the flour and keep mixing until all ingredients become homogeneous.
  5. Butter the little oven-safe glass bowls and fill 2/3 of them with the mixture.
  6. Bake them in a preheated oven at 210oC for 10-14 minutes.
