In a bowl, add the vegetables, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix.
Spread the vegetables evenly in a deep baking pan, cover with aluminium foil and bake at pre-heat oven at 220 °C for approximately 10 minutes.
Take the baking pan off the oven, remove the aluminium foil, add the burger patties and resume baking, until the vegetables get a golden color and the patties are internally baked, for approximately 30 more minutes. Take the baking pan off the oven, let the food cool lightly for 5-10 minutes and serve.
FOR THE GROUND CHICKEN MIXTURE
In a multi-cutter, grind the carrot with Strained yogurt 5% fat, the paprika, the cumin, the oregano and the sriracha, making sure than no large chunks of carrots are left.
In a bowl mix the ground chicken with the yoghurt mixture and the remaining ingredients, until you get a homogenous mixture.
Shape the mixture into burgers of 300 g each (approximately 6 burgers).
