Chicken Gyros

INGREDIENTS
500 gr. chicken drumstick fillet
500 gr. chicken breast fillet
Strained yogurt 2% fat
Zois milk full fat
Lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cumin
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
½ onion

METHOD
Use a large bowl to combine the OLYMPOS
Strained Yoghurt 2%
along with all the other ingredients.
Level the fillets with a rolling pin until flattened and add them to the other ingredients in the bowl.
Line a tray with baking paper, add the onion and arrange 1 or 2 skewer sticks.
Thread the skewers, alternating between the drumstick and the breast fillets until the gyros is made.
Preheat the oven set to broiler and cook at 200 oC for approximately 90 minutes or until the gyros loses its raw color.
Chop the gyros using a serrated knife and serve on pita breads, along with tomato, strained yoghurt, and onion!
