Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE CAKE

  • Cow butter
  • 125 gr. sugar
  • 2 eggs, medium
  • 100 gr. all-purpose flour
  • 25 gr. cacao
  • 10 gr. baking powder

METHOD
  1. Cut the butter in cubes and place it in the mixer’s bowl
  2. Add sugar and beat with the paddle attachment , until homogenized.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, until they are incorporated in the mixture.
  4. Add flour, cacao and baking powder and resume mixing.
  5. Pour the mixture in a greased oblong disposable baking pan and bake at preheat fan-assisted oven at 170 for approximately 35’-40’.
  6. Let it cool completely.
  7. Break the couverture in very small pieces and put them in a bowl.
  8. Boil the Milk of Life and pour it over the chocolate couverture.
  9. Wait 1’ and mix.
  10. Spread the glaze on top of the cake.
  11. Let the glaze stabilize and serve.
