INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE
Cow butter

2 eggs, medium
100 gr. all-purpose flour
25 gr. cacao
10 gr. baking powder
FOR THE GLAZE
Zois milk full fat
100 gr. 52% chocolate couverture

METHOD
Cut the
butter
in cubes and place it in the mixer’s bowl
Add sugar and beat with the paddle attachment , until homogenized.
Add the eggs one by one, until they are incorporated in the mixture.
Add flour, cacao and baking powder and resume mixing.
Pour the mixture in a greased oblong disposable baking pan and bake at preheat fan-assisted oven at 170 for approximately 35’-40’.
Let it cool completely.
Break the couverture in very small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Boil the
Milk of Life
and pour it over the chocolate couverture.
Wait 1’ and mix.
Spread the glaze on top of the cake.
Let the glaze stabilize and serve.
