INGREDIENTS

FOR THE DISH

  • chocolate yogurt mousse
  • marinated fruit
  • almonds, roasted, coarsely chopped
  • carob rusks, crumbled
  • raspberries

FOR THE CHOCOLATE YOGURT MOUSSE

FOR THE MARINATED FRUIT

  • 60 gr. orange fillet, cut in medium cubes
  • 40 gr. apricot, drained, cut in medium cubes
  • 20 gr. raisins
  • 80 gr. orange juice
  • 40 gr. amaretto

METHOD

FOR THE DISH

  1. In 4 clear glasses, divide the chocolate mousse and garnish with the marinated fruit, the almonds, the carob rusks and raspberries.

FOR THE CHOCOLATE YOGURT MOUSSE

  1. In a deep bowl, add all the ingredients and mix with a whisk, until the mixture gets homogenous.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag.

FOR THE MARINATED FRUIT

  1. In a bowl, mix the orange juice with the liqueur, add the raisins, apricots and leave them until they get dump, for approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the fruit and mix them with the orange.
