Cool & Light Sugar Free Cheesecake in 5 Minutes!!

INGREDIENTS
  • 200-250 gr. digestive biscuits without sugar
  • 400 gr. Strained Yogurt 2% OLYMPOS (2 boxes)
  • 200 gr. cream cheese
  • 4-5 drops of liquid vanilla (2 vanillin)
  • Strawberry jam without sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, break the cookies with our hands.
  2. In another bowl, pour the 2% OLYMPOS Strained Yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla and mix very well with a whisk.
  3. Fill each glass with 3 tablespoons of the cookies.
  4. Pour the sugar-free strawberry jam on top until it covers them well.
  5. With a spoon, put the cream on top of the jam, spread it evenly and continue by placing another biscuit and a small amount of jam in the center of each glass.
  6. Put them in the fridge for 2 hours and the most delicious sugar-free cheesecakes are ready to enjoy!
