Delicious Cheese Cookies in 5 Minutes

INGREDIENTS
450 g Self-Rising Flour (3 cups plus 1/4 cup)
150 g
Kefalotyri Cheese
OLYMPOS (1 cup)
120 g Olive Oil (4/5 cup)
200 g
Oat Beverage KARPOS
by OLYMPOS (4/5 cup)
1 tsp Salt
FOR BRUSHING:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp
Oat Beverage KARPOS
by OLYMPOS
Sesame seeds
METHOD
In a bowl, combine the grated Kefalotyri Cheese by OLYMPOS, Oat Beverage KARPOS by OLYMPOS, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add the self-rising flour, mixing until you achieve a pliable dough.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into sticks and cut each cookie into 3 cm pieces using a spatula or knife.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the egg yolk mixed with Oat Beverage KARPOS by OLYMPOS.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.
