Easter cookies

INGREDIENTS
  • 200 gr. OLYMPOS butter
  • 120 gr. sugar
  • 40 gr. OLYMPOS Milk of Life 3.7%
  • 40 gr. sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • 400 gr. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. of baking powder
  • Zest of half orange
  • 2 vanillins

METHOD
  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer’s bowl and beat with the paddle attachment, until they become homogenous.
  2. Cover the dough with a wrap and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Roll the dough in strips and form braids.
  4. Put the cookies in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the egg with 1 tablespoon of OLYMPOS Milk of Life 3.7%.
  6. Brush the cookies and bake in preheat fan-assisted oven at 160 for 20’-25’.
