Eggless Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 270 g sifted flour
  • 1 tsp flat baking powder
  • 1 tsp flat baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 255 g sugar
  • 75 g sifted cocoa powder
  • 460 g KARPOS Almond Drink (unsweetened) by OLYMPOS
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 125 g sunflower oil
METHOD

In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder, and mix.
In another bowl, add the unsweetened KARPOS Almond Drink by OLYMPOS and apple cider vinegar, and mix for 10 seconds.
Add the sunflower oil to the liquid mixture and stir for another 10 seconds.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix for 15 seconds.
Pour the batter into two 20 cm baking pans lined with parchment paper, or into a large cake mold.
Tap the pan three times to release any air bubbles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 30 minutes, using top and bottom heat.
Let it cool and optionally dust with powdered sugar or add frosting.
