Fluffy Bourekakia- Flutes with yogurt dough

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGH
650 gr. all-purpose flour
150 gr. water
150 gr. sunflower oil
200 gr.
Strained yogurt 2% fat
1 medium egg
9 gr. dry yeast
2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of sugar
FOR THE FILLING
300 gr.

FOR THE BRUSHING

Strained yogurt 2% fat

METHOD
In a bowl put
Strained yogurt 2% fat
, water, the sunflower oil, the yeast, the sugar and mix really well with a hand whisk.
Add the salt and continue by gradually adding flour, until the dough is not sticky!
Cover with a wrap and let it rest for 50 minutes.
Measure and cut the dough in pieces of 50 gr. each and fold gently shaping into small balls.
Press each ball, until a small round flat dough is formed and with a small fork, add a small amount of
Feta Cheese PDO
filling in the middle.
Seal the dough really well, form into shape and place the bourekakia with the sealed side downwards into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Brush with the egg and bake at preheat oven set to resistances for approximately 40 to 45 minutes at 180
o
C.
