Fluffy Two-Tone Butter Cake

INGREDIENTS
450 gr. rising flour
250 gr.
cow butter OLYMPOS
(at room temperature)
6 medium eggs
250 gr. milk
400 gr. sugar
1 tbsp liquid vanilla
FOR THE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE
2 tbsp cocoa
50 gr milk
FOR THE SPRINKLING
Powdered sugar
Cake form 28 cm

METHOD
In a bowl, pour OLYMPOS Cow Butter at room temperature and beat with the mixer for 1 minute.
Slowly add the sugar and beat at the same time with the mixer until incorporated.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating with the mixer.
Slowly add the milk, beating at the same time with the mixer.
Add the liquid vanilla, sift the flour and add it gradually, beating with the mixer until you have a smooth fluffy mixture.
Add 3/4 of the mixture to a floured and buttered 28 cm cake form and pour the cocoa and extra milk into the rest, mixing very well .
With a spatula, put the chocolate mixture into the white mixture and gently move the spatula from top to bottom.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 1 hour .
Let the cake cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The most delicious fluffy two-tone butter cake is ready to be enjoyed!!!
