INGREDIENTS
1 cup of
OLYMPOS PROTEIN strained yogurt
2 tbsp. of muesli with dried fruits and nuts
Some blueberries
METHOD
Line a large rectangular plate with parchment paper and spread the
OLYMPOS PROTEIN strained yogurt
on top.
Optionally, mix the
OLYMPOS PROTEIN strained yogurt
with 1 teaspoon of honey.
Put the muesli and the blueberries on top.
Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
Cut in pieces and serve.
