METHOD
Add 600 ml
Zois milk full fat
, and sugar in a saucepan over medium to high heat. Bring them to boil.

, the vanillins, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Wait until the saucepan mixture comes to boil. Then pour in the cornstarch mixture and mix well until it comes to boil and the cream starts to thicken.
Remove from heat and add the

Line a 24-26 cm round baking pan with parchment paper. Pour in the mixture.
Allow 5′-10′ for the cream skin to form and brush with egg to golden.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (bake for an hour if
you don’t brush with egg).
Remove the pie from the oven, allow it to cool and refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours.
Tip: You can replace the cream with milk.
