METHOD
In the mixer’s bowl, put the flour, the cold

, the icing sugar, the vanillin, the egg and mix, until all ingredients are incorporated.
Shape the cookies approximately 30 gr. each.
Place the cookies in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at preheat oven set to fan at 160 degrees for approximately 20’.
