Grandma’s Traditional Easter Cookies

3 sweet breads
INGREDIENTS
  • 375 gr. self-rising flour
  • 200 gr. Cow butter, cold
  • 125 gr. icing sugar
  • 1 vanillin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg for brushing

METHOD

 

  1. In the mixer’s bowl, put the flour, the cold Cow butter, the icing sugar, the vanillin, the egg and mix, until all ingredients are incorporated. 
  2. Shape the cookies approximately 30 gr. each. 
  3. Place the cookies in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at preheat oven set to fan at 160 degrees for approximately 20’.
