400 gr. Self-rising flour
470 gr.
Strained yogurt 2% fat
1 tsp. of salt
Any yellow cheeses of your choice, grated
Ham or ή parizaki, grated
PRODUCT

METHOD
In a bowl, mix the flour together with the salt and the
Strained yogurt 2% fat
Divide the dough in 8 even pieces.
Shape into 8 balls.
Flour your hands and each ball separately and roll it out.
Fill in with all types of cheese and charcuterie and fold, until they are shaped into a ball again.
Flour and open it in a thin layer of dough
Fry at medium heat, until they get a nice colour.
