Ham and cheese dough pie with 4 ingredients

INGREDIENTS
  • 400 gr. Self-rising flour
  • 470 gr. Strained yogurt 2% fat
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • Any yellow cheeses of your choice, grated
  • Ham or ή parizaki, grated

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour together with the salt and the Strained yogurt 2% fat
  2. Divide the dough in 8 even pieces.
  3. Shape into 8 balls.
  4. Flour your hands and each ball separately and roll it out.
  5. Fill in with all types of cheese and charcuterie and fold, until they are shaped into a ball again.
  6. Flour and open it in a thin layer of dough
  7. Fry at medium heat, until they get a nice colour.
