Ham and cheese pie with filo pastry and kasseri cheese

350 gr. ham

kasseri cheese
2 large eggs
250 ml. OLYMPOS

METHOD
Chop the ham and the
kasseri
cheese into cubes and mix them in a bowl.
Melt the
butter
in a small saucepan and butter a baking ban with a brush.
Lay three filo pastries in the baking tray and butter them one by one.
Add a little of the ham-kasseri cheese mixture on the filo pastry
Lay one more pastry, butter and add again a little of the ham-cheese mixture. We continue the same process until the mixture is finished.
In the end it should finish with three buttered pastries.
Cut slightly the pie into pieces.
Break the eggs in a bowl, add the
milk
and the remaining melted butter and mix.
Pour the egg mixture onto the pie.
Bake the pie at 190° C for about an hour.
