INGREDIENTS

Strained yogurt 2% fat
20 gr.parmesan or cheese grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 minced garlic
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
200 gr. lettuce
220 gr. cooked chicken breast
20 gr. croutons

METHOD
Blend the
Strained yogurt 2% fat
, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, worcestershire sauce, olive
oil, mustard, salt and pepper until we have a sauce.
Wash the lettuce, cut it and put it in a bowl.
Pour in the sauce, the chicken, the croutons and mix.
Serve in a deep bowl.
