Healthy Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 120 gr. Strained yogurt 2% fat
  • 20 gr.parmesan or cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 200 gr. lettuce
  • 220 gr. cooked chicken breast
  • 20 gr. croutons

METHOD
  1. Blend the Strained yogurt 2% fat, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, worcestershire sauce, olive
    oil, mustard, salt and pepper until we have a sauce.
  2. Wash the lettuce, cut it and put it in a bowl.
  3. Pour in the sauce, the chicken, the croutons and mix.
  4. Serve in a deep bowl.
