Healthy Salad with Cabbage and Yogurt Dressing

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 small red cabbage, chopped (250g)
  • 1/4 small white cabbage, chopped (250g)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3 radishes
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • Black pepper

FOR THE YOGURT DRESSING

METHOD
  1. In a glass bowl with a lid, finely chop the red and white cabbage, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and parsley.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the greek strained yogurt 2% fat OLYMPOS, mustard, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables, close the lid, and shake well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

 

You can take this salad with you to work and enjoy it at any time of the day. Just give it a good shake before eating!!
