METHOD
  1. Place the noodles in a pot, and add water, the fresh OLYMPOS Selected 3.7% fat milk, chicken broth and salt.
  2. Bring the ingredients to boil, lower the heat and cook in medium flame, stirring from time to time to avoid the noodles sticking together.
  3. Cook until the noodles become soft and thick.
  4. Lower the flame and add the different grated cheeses.
  5. Add butter and stir until well combined.
  6. Serve with freshly ground pepper and grated kefalotyri cheese.
