INGREDIENTS
  • 600 ml OLYMPOS heavy cream 35%, cold
  • 200 gr. sweetened condensed milk
  • 180 gr. cookies
  • 100 gr. couverture (optional)

METHOD
  1. In a bowl or a mixer’s bowl, add OLYMPOS heavy cream 35%, sweetened condensed milk and beat, until they get a creamy texture like yogurt.
  2. Add the cookies, coarsely chopped, and mix well with a spatula.
  3. Cover an oblong baking pan with a wrap and pour the mixture.
  4. Cover with a wrap and put it in the fridge for 6 hours and at least 5 hours at the freezer.
  5. Optionally, garnish with melted chocolate couverture and cookies.
