600 ml OLYMPOS
heavy cream 35%,
cold
200 gr. sweetened condensed milk
180 gr. cookies
100 gr. couverture (optional)

METHOD
In a bowl or a mixer’s bowl, add OLYMPOS
heavy cream 35
%, sweetened condensed milk and beat, until they get a creamy texture like yogurt.
Add the cookies, coarsely chopped, and mix well with a spatula.
Cover an oblong baking pan with a wrap and pour the mixture.
Cover with a wrap and put it in the fridge for 6 hours and at least 5 hours at the freezer.
Optionally, garnish with melted chocolate couverture and cookies.
