Ice Lolly with 3 ingredients

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cereal bars sugar-free
  • 330 ml KEFIR Fruits of the Forest OLYMPOS
  • Couverture Chocolate sugar-free

METHOD
  1. We break 4 sugar-free cereal bars with a rolling pin.
  2. We cut their edge with a scissors and we place them upright in a glass.
  3. We pour in KEFIR Fruits of the forest OLYMPOS sugar-free and we stir with a stick so that the kefir goes all the way to the bottom.
  4. We add KEFIR Fruits of the forest OLYMPOS again and place ice cream sticks in the center.
  5. We put in the freezer until completely frozen.
  6. We melt sugar-free couverture and put it in a tall glass.
  7. We dip the ice creams in and enjoy without regrets.
