Take a portion of kataifi pastry and work it until the strands are separated.
Form a line with the kataifi, butter it, cut the OLYMPUS White Cheese Choriatiko into strips, and wrap it.
Optional brush with a little melted butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (with the fan on) or in an air fryer at the same temperature until golden brown.
Garnish with honey and crushed pistachios.
