METHOD
  1. In a pan, add a little cow butter and sauté the tomatoes, pepper and onion, which you have first chopped.
  2. Then add the eggs and mix regularly to keep the mixture from sticking.
  3. Let the sauce simmer for about 10′, until its liquids are evaporated.
  4. Finally, add the feta cheese shredding it with your hand. Stir well and serve!
