INGREDIENTS

METHOD
Place 1.5 L of
Zois milk full fat
in a pot, add the sugar, mix, and bring to a boil.
In a bowl, add 500 ml
Zois milk full fat
, the cornstarch, and mix.
Once the milk has come to a boil, add the cornstarch mixture to the pot and stir well until it thickens and bubbles.
Add the vanillins and stir.
Place a 24 cm non-stick pan on the heat and spread the powdered sugar.
Pour the cream in little by little and wait about 5′ to 7′ until the cream starts to form brown bubbles.
Allow it to cool completely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Unmold by inverting the pan onto a platter.
