INGREDIENTS
Flesh of ripe avocado, about 2/3 of a cup
500 ml. OLYMPOS
Kefir
5 gr. fresh ginger, shelled & chopped
4 fresh mint leaves

METHOD
Cut the avocado flesh in dices and place them in a blender along with the ginger, mint leaves and
kefir
.
Blend for about a minute, until the mixture becomes creamy.
Serve in glasses along with fresh mint leaves.
