Lenten rice pudding

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 liter of KARPOS Oats Natural Drink
  • 120 g. Carolina Rice
  • 200 g. sugar
  • 70 g. cornflour
  • 2 vanillins
  • 400 g. water
  • Cinnamon, for the spreading

METHOD
  1. Rinse the rice, pour it into a saucepan, add the water and boil until all water is absorbed and the rice is soft.
  2. Add 800 ml of KARPOS Oats Natural Drink, the sugar and the vanillins.
  3. In the remaining 200 ml of KARPOS Oats Natural Drink, dissolve the cornflour and pour it into the saucepan.
  4. Stir constantly over heat until thickened.
  5. Divide into 5 to 6 bowls and serve with cinnamon.
