Stuffed Peppers with White Cheese “Choriatiko”

METHOD
  1. Cut the peppers in a “T” shape and remove the seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix the OLYMPOS White Cheese “Choriatiko”, OLYMPOS Graviera cheese, tomato, onion, parsley, oregano, black pepper, and 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Fill the peppers with the mixture, secure them closed with toothpicks, and drizzle the remaining 3 tbsp of olive oil on top.
  4. Cook the peppers in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) until softened or in a preheated fan oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 25 minutes.
