Stuffed Peppers with White Cheese “Choriatiko”

INGREDIENTS
4 red peppers, washed
170 g.
OLYMPOS White cheese “Choriatiko”
60 g.
OLYMPOS Graviera cheese
, grated
½ tomato or 1 small tomato, diced
¼ red onion, finely chopped
1 to 2 tbsp parsley
½ tsp oregano
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

METHOD
Cut the peppers in a “T” shape and remove the seeds.
In a bowl, mix the
OLYMPOS White Cheese “Choriatiko”
,
OLYMPOS Graviera cheese
, tomato, onion, parsley, oregano, black pepper, and 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
Fill the peppers with the mixture, secure them closed with toothpicks, and drizzle the remaining 3 tbsp of olive oil on top.
Cook the peppers in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) until softened or in a preheated fan oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 25 minutes.
