An easy recipe for light Lemon Cream with 2% OLYMPOS Strained Yogurt and refreshing OLYMPOS Milk Cream 35%.

Light Lemon Cream

Strained yogurt 2% fat
Strained yogurt 2% fat
METHOD
  1. Add the Strained yogurt 2% fat, the icing sugar, the salt, the lemon juice and zest into a large bowl and whisk them all together.
  2. Add the Dairy cream 35% fat to the bowl and beat it with a hand mixer until it is fluffy and has a mousse-like consistency.
  3. Fill the bottom of 6 bowls with trimmed Oreos, lemon cream, Oreos again and finally a second layer of lemon cream.
  4. Refrigerate them for at least 1 hour.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest and trimmed Oreos.
