200 gr. powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
240 gr.
Dairy cream 35% fat
Trimmed Oreos

METHOD
Add the
Strained yogurt 2% fat
, the icing sugar, the salt, the lemon juice and zest into a large bowl and whisk them all together.
Add the
Dairy cream 35% fat
to the bowl and beat it with a hand mixer until it is fluffy and has a mousse-like consistency.
Fill the bottom of 6 bowls with trimmed Oreos, lemon cream, Oreos again and finally a second layer of lemon cream.
Refrigerate them for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with lemon zest and trimmed Oreos.
