Yoghurt mousse with nuts and fruits

Strained yogurt 5% fat

METHOD
  1. Mix the yoghurt, the heavy cream and the vanilla extract in the work-bowl of the mixer (attention yoghurt and cream have to be frozen).
  2. Mix with the whire at high speed until it gets fluffy for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Put in a bowl, cover with a membrane and put in the refrigerator to freeze for 30 minutes (we can serve immediately but it would be good to let it aside for a little bit).
  4. We divide in individual bowls and serve with nuts and fruits.
