Frozen yogurt bars with OLYMPOS strained yoghurt

INGREDIENTS
300 gr. OLYMPOS
greek strained yoghurt
100 gr. OLYMPOS
heavy cream 35%
50 gr. caster sugar
Zest from one orange
dried cranberries
walnuts, finely chopped
peanuts, finely chopped
PRODUCT
Strained yogurt 5% fat
Strained yogurt 5% fat
Dairy cream 35% fat

METHOD
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the
heavy cream
, the caster sugar and orange peel very well with a hand whip.
We cover the bottom and the side walls of a 10*28 cm mold with a membrane.
Pour the
yoghurt
mixture into the mold and spread it with a spatula.
Decorate on top with a few chopped dried cranberries and also a few chopped nuts and put in the freezer until it frosts well.
As soon as it froze, take out of the mold and, with a knife, cut into servings and serve (kept in the freezer)
