Vegan Ungreased Kazandibi

INGREDIENTS
2 litres of
KARPOS Almond Beverage Sugar free
OLYMPOS
170 gr. cornflour
300 gr. sugar
2 vanilnes
FOR THE CARAMEL:
120 gr. baking sugar
METHOD
In a saucepan, add 1.5 liters of KARPOS Almond Beverage Sugar free OLYMPOS, sugar, vanillins and turn on the heat.
In a bowl, keep the remaining 500 ml of KARPOS Almond Beverage Sugar free OLYMPOS and dissolve the cornflour in it.
Once heated, add the cold KARPOS Almond Beverage Sugar free OLYMPOS and stir very well over the fire until it thickens.
In a large 24-26 cm deep non-stick pan, add the baking sugar and with a spoon carefully add the cream over the entire surface.
Place it over medium heat and cook it until the bubbles that appear on the surface during boiling turn brown.
Remove from the heat, allow it to cool and then refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Unmold, cut into pieces and the most delicious vegan Kazandibi is ready to enjoy!
