Strawberry Ice Cream With Only 3 Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
600 ml.
OLYMPOS 35% Fat Milk Cream
(cold)
370 gr. strawberry jam
660 ml. OLYMPOS strawberry Kefir
PRODUCT
Dairy cream 35% fat
Dairy cream 35% fat
METHOD
In a bowl, add the cold
OLYMPOS 35% Fat Milk Cream
and mix with a mixer at high speed until peaks form.
Add the strawberry jam (you can also use stevia) and continue to mix with a mixer until blended.
Slowly add the OLYMPOS strawberry Kefir (you can also use forest fruits) and mix with the mixer until all the ingredients are well blended.
Place the mixture in a pyrex and cover it with plastic wrap so that it covers the cream well.
Put it in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
Before serving, let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
