INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbpn. sugar
  • 2 tspn. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 200 ml. Olympos milk
  • 2 tbpn. Olympos butter, melt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbpn. seed oil for pan-frying
  • Chocolate syrup for serving

METHOD
  1. Mix the flour, egg, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk and butter in a bowl. Whisk gently until thoroughly blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and use a paper towel to slightly grease its bottom with oil.
  3. Pour 2 to 3 spoonfuls from the mixture to make a pancake and use the back of the spoon to spread it over the bottom of the pan.
  4. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles begin to form on the pancake.
  5. Carefully flip the pancake with a thin spatula and cook 1 to 2 minutes until the underside is brown.
  6. Serve pancakes on a plate with chocolate syrup.
