Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 225 gr. fusilli pasta or other pasta of your preference
  • 120 gr. smoked pork chop
  • 8 cucumber pickles
  • 4 tbsp. canned corn
  • 4 boiled frankfurters
  • Kasseri cheese
  • PDO
  • Black pepper
  • Strained yogurt 2% fat
  • 150 gr. mayonnaise

METHOD
  1. Cook the pasta 1 minute less than indicated on the packaging and let them drain and cool off completely.
  2. Dice the smoked pork chop and cheese, cut the sausages into rings, and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add corn, cucumber pickles cut into rings, and black pepper.
  4. Empty the pasta into the bowl with the other ingredients and stir well.
  5. Use another bowl to mix the mayonnaise and OLYMPOS 2% strained yoghurt.
  6. Add the mayonnaise-yoghurt mix to the pasta and stir to combine.
  7. Serve in a deep bowl.

TIP: The mayonnaise-yoghurt mix ought to be added ONLY after serving the pasta salad.
