Pork with leek and cow butter OLYMPOS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg pork
  • 1.5 pounds leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 scallions
  • 100 ml white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil

METHOD
  1. Slice thinly the onion and the garlic.
  2. Then we cut the pork into pieces.
  3. Add oil to the saucepan and when it gets hot, add the meat and let it brown in all sides.
  4. Pour the glass of wine and when it evaporates, add the chopped onion and garlic, the two scallions and let them brown.
  5. Pour warm water and let it boil for about an hour.
  6. Slice the leek and sauté with fresh butter. Let it sauté and add sugar to caramelize. Then add water, salt and pepper.
  7. Once the meat is boiled, add salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
  8. Then add the leek and boil them for a little time. Finally, add finely chopped parsley. Enjoy!
