METHOD
  1. Chop the onion and then melt the cow butter OLYMPΟS.
  2. Put the onion and garlic in until it is cooked.
  3. Add the potatoes, after having cut them in slices and boiled them.
  4. Then add the salt, the pepper and pour the heavy cream OLYMPOS. Dice the graviera cheese OLYMPOS and add it together with the kefalotyri cheese.
  5. When the mixture is homogenized, add parsley and paprika.
