Put it in a baking pan with greaseproof paper, add the onion (peeled and cut in half), the cherry tomatoes, the carrots, the whole head of garlic, and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 in the fan-forced setting for about 1 hour or until they take color.
Pour the vegetables into the blender along with the vegetable stock cube dissolved in hot water.
Put the mixture in a saucepan, add the Oat Drink KARPOS OLYMPOS and boil for 2 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with a little extra Oat Drink KARPOS OLYMPOS and parsley.
