Quick ham and cheese pies

3 tortillas
250 gr.
Village White Cheese

70 gr. ham (or other cured meat of your choice)
Parsley
Black pepper
Olive oil
FOR THE SPREAD
For the spread
1 medium egg

METHOD
In a bowl, break the Village White Cheese OLYMPOS with a fork
Cut the ham into small cubes and add it.
Add the chopped parsley, pepper, a little olive oil and mix.
Cut the tortillas in half and put 2 tbsp. of the stuffing on the edge.
Close the ham and cheese pies in triangles and repeat the process.
In a bowl, beat the egg with the Milk of Life OLYMPOS.
Coat the ham cheese pies on top and bake them in the Air fryer for 5 minutes at 190c.
