Ribs with greek yoghurt OLYMPOS and fried feta cheese

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE YOGHURT DIP
500 gr.
Greek Yogurt
OLYMPOS
1 bunch of spearmint
1 lemon
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
FETA CHEESE PDO OLYMPOS
1 pack of pastry sheet
1 glass of olive oil for frying
A little honey
A little sesame

METHOD
FOR THE YOGHURT DIP
We take the
Greek yoghurt
OLYMPOS and put it in a bowl.
Then mix with juice of half a lemon, a little spearmint, salt and pepper.
Serve the mixture in a small bowl and place a few spearmint sticks on top.
FOR THE FETA CHEESE
Cut the feta cheese into pieces.
Roll each slice of feta cheese on a pastry sheet and fry it on both sides in hot oil.
Serve on a dish by pouring on top honey and a little sesame seeds.
To complete our dish, accompany the ribs with yoghurt dip and feta cheese. Enjoy!
