Ribs with greek yoghurt OLYMPOS and fried feta cheese

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE YOGHURT DIP

  • 500 gr. Greek Yogurt OLYMPOS
  • 1 bunch of spearmint
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

FETA CHEESE PDO OLYMPOS

  • 1 pack of pastry sheet
  • 1 glass of olive oil for frying
  • A little honey
  • A little sesame

METHOD

FOR THE YOGHURT DIP

  1. We take the Greek yoghurt OLYMPOS and put it in a bowl.
  2. Then mix with juice of half a lemon, a little spearmint, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the mixture in a small bowl and place a few spearmint sticks on top.

FOR THE FETA CHEESE

  1. Cut the feta cheese into pieces.
  2. Roll each slice of feta cheese on a pastry sheet and fry it on both sides in hot oil.
  3. Serve on a dish by pouring on top honey and a little sesame seeds.
  4. To complete our dish, accompany the ribs with yoghurt dip and feta cheese. Enjoy!
