METHOD
In a saucepan, combine cherry tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, oregano, and

Mix well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Using a fork, mash the vegetables well to create a sauce.
Add

and mix thoroughly.
Pour the cooked spaghetti into the saucepan, mix well, and serve.
