Spaghetti with truffle butter, cherry tomatoes, feta, and spinach

INGREDIENTS
  • 250 gr. spaghetti
  • 160 gr. cherry tomatoes (1 cup)
  • 40 gr. baby spinach (1 cup)
  • 90 gr. mushrooms (1 cup)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soft butter with truffle (50 gr.)
  • 1 tsp salt (4 gr.)
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano (2 gr.)

METHOD
  1. In a saucepan, combine cherry tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, oregano, and Soft butter with truffle Mix well.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
  3. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  4. Using a fork, mash the vegetables well to create a sauce.
  5. Add Feta Cheese PDO and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the cooked spaghetti into the saucepan, mix well, and serve.
