  • Type of mushrooms: lion’s mane mushroom, truffels & chanterelles
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Spaghetti
  • Fresh Basil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Water
  • White wine
  • Fresh butter OLYMPOS
  • Feta cheese OLYMPOS

METHOD
  1. Heat a little bit of olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and let them boil for five minutes.
  3. Flavor with white wine.
  4. Put the cherry tomatoes, some water and add the boiled spaghetti.
  5. Salt, pepper, add the fresh basil and in the end add the fresh OLYMPOS butter and the grated feta OLYMPOS.
