250 γρ. couverture chocolate without sugar

METHOD
Grind the cookies and put them in a bowl.
Add
Strawberry Kefir
OLYMPOS and mix until you have a dough.
Form balls and dip them in the melted couverture.
Leave them in the fridge until the chocolate hardens and enjoy.
