Sugar-Free Yogurt Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
  • 400 g. OLYMPOS 2% Strained Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 5-6 frozen strawberries or any fruit you like
  • 300 g sugar-free couverture chocolate

METHOD
  1. Cut the strawberries into very small pieces.
  2. Put them into a bowl and add the OLYMPOS 2% Strained Yogurt, the honey and mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 15×15 cm baking pan lined with parchment paper and place it in the freezer until completely frozen.
  4. Cut into pieces and dip them in melted sugar-free couverture chocolate.
