Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a hand whisk until a smooth porridge is created.
Apply oil with a brush in a non-stick pan and when it’s hot, pour a small amount of porridge and shake the pan with circular motions, so that the porridge is spread on the whole surface of the pan.
Leave it for a few minutes so that the crêpe is cooked and turn it over to cook the other side.
Fill the crêpes with fruits, jam or whatever else we want, fold them and sprinkle them with grated nuts and chocolate syrup or honey.
